Meet the Bakers
We met in college at the University of Northern Colorado. After building a fast friendship, We became collectively known as "Mallory Squared" for the unique circumstances of us sharing a name. Separated by distance, we had to find creative and unique ways to stay connected-- especially during the pandemic! After a small obsession with the Great British bake Off we discovered a shared interest in baking and decided to make it a weekly occurrence to bake together. We have been having so much fun we thought it would be even more fun to share it with all of you!
Mallory Gibson
Scottsdale, AZ
Mallory is a young professional based in central Arizona. Mallory has been baking since she was a child, even going as far as creating a cupcake business called Total Cupcake in middle school. She has always found baking to be a good way to de-stress and unwind, and has enjoyed the excuse to get back into it. Mallory lives at home with her mom, dad, and brother Steven, who are always eager to try the weekly bake.
Shadae Mallory
Greeley, CO
Shadae is a student affairs professional based in northern Colorado. It is easy to say that Shadae has little experience in baking, but is enjoying the challenge of learning new techniques every week. Aside from baking, they enjoy traveling, writing, and drawing-- though more recently has become quite the homebody. At home they live with their partner, Carl and a menagerie of pets (2 dogs, 3 chinchillas, 2 lizards, 1 frog, and 1 cat).
